Basic log house construction kit

Each log home is custom built. We build according to the needs of our customers and that’s why we do not have a fixed price list. We can build from your own plans or we can provide you an offer adapted to your wishes from our models.

Our price for log home kit would consist of the following:

• About 12 inch diameter logs assembled using the Scandinavian technique.
  
• Using cedar, pin or spruce trees.
• Cleaned and sanded logs, ready to be treated inside and outside.
• Opening and keyway for door and window cut to size.
• Hole prepared for wiring and junction box.
• The height of the log package according to the clients needs.
• Pre-applied exterior treatment, 12 choices of colour.
• Second floor log joists flattened on top to receive flooring.
• Staircase included.
• Template (last line of log) flatted to receive the roof rafters.
• All wall slot cut to receive interior wall finishing.
• One man to supervise the re-assembly of your foundation.

Optional log roof:

• Log roof structure, purlins and rooftree.
• Log roof trusses and dormer with post and beam, according to model (to determine).
• Pre-cut structure, ready to receive rafters.
• 3 log roof system with posts on gable ends and loft line.
